There is an imperative need in caring for the defenseless. Little by little change is possible for improving the lives of North Korean civilians who are in peril daily by no fault of their own. What is it like to come face-to-face with a North Korean refugee?
About the speaker: Jihyun is from Daejeon, South Korea. He completed his Masters in Liberal Arts at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania, USA. Currently, he works for an international NGO called Liberty in North Korea (LiNK), which focuses on rescuing North Korean refugees in danger, helping them get resettled in a free and safe society. LiNK is also dedicated to changing how the world views the North Korean people.
